Veronica is an Impact Associate who supports the implementation of the Impact function at Tribe. Within the Research Team, she assists in identifying investment opportunities across equity asset classes, conducts portfolio monitoring, and contributes to the impact reporting of the portfolios.
Veronica holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management and Innovation (with distinction) from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from EIA University in Medellín, Colombia. She also earned a Certificate in Sustainable Finance: ESG and the Future of Finance from the University of Oxford. Before joining Tribe,
Veronica was an ESG analyst at INVUR family office in Colombia. Prior to that, she spent five years at Bancolombia working in developing financial inclusion strategies and product development.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys staying active and making time for exercise. Having previously trained as a ballet dancer, movement has always been a key part of her life.
Waking early in the morning to exercise and watch the sunrise helps me feel grounded before the day begins.
I'd be a professional ballet dancer dancing for the Royal Opera House or the American Ballet Theatre.
