Pavandeep is the Finance and Operations Associate at Tribe, providing support across financial management and operations. He oversees day-to-day finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls.
Pav also works closely with the investment team on fund operations, valuations, performance analysis, and liquidity management, acting as a key link between finance, operations, and external partners.
Pav holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (First Class Honours) and has recently completed his final exams toward becoming a Chartered Accountant, now approaching full qualification.
Before joining Tribe, Pav spent nearly three years at Snowball, where he developed deep experience in finance operations and fund management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Mainspring Fund services, a third-party fund administrator, where he gained extensive experience in fund accounting and private equity.
Outside of work, Pav enjoys playing pool competitively for a local sports bar team, staying active at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
I’d work as an engineer — I’ve always been fascinated by how things work and how they’re built. There’s something satisfying about understanding the mechanics behind how things fit together.
A gym session, a few games of pool with the team, and catching up with friends over a drink — relaxed but always fun.
