Olivia is the Head of Compliance at Tribe, where she supports the firm’s compliance and regulatory offering while driving innovation across its existing framework. She collaborates with all areas of the business, leading on advisory queries, regulatory engagements, communications, systems and controls monitoring, and client relationship support.
Since joining Tribe in 2022, Olivia has brought experience from a diverse range of firms across the industry, from small brokerage houses to large wealth and asset managers. She graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Business Management and holds several financial qualifications, including the advanced Diploma in Investment Compliance.
Outside of work, Olivia is a qualified reformer Pilates instructor and is passionate about making the discipline accessible to everyone, whether they are recovering from injury or looking to expand their fitness practice. She also loves reading, exploring new podcasts, and meeting interesting people.
