Maddie is a Stewardship Analyst supporting the Research team by monitoring and engaging with companies in Tribe’s portfolios to ensure best practices and effective impact.
Maddie graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in English Language and Literature. Before joining Tribe, Maddie worked at Tumelo, a pass-through voting organization, where she served as a proxy-voting researcher, writer, and analyst, and later transitioned to marketing.
Outside of work, Maddie has a passion for food – both making it and eating it – as well as a love for books – both fiction and non-fiction.
I’d be working as a tour guide. I love history because it puts everything into perspective. Being paid to talk to a willing audience about my favourite stories from history would be so much fun.
Saturday: brunch at a local cafe, meet some friends in a pub in the afternoon to watch some rugby. Sunday: calling my family in Australia and then curling up with a book for the rest of the day.
