Jenny is a Compliance Officer supporting Tribe’s compliance function through monitoring, reviewing, and approving business activities that require regulatory oversight. She ensures these processes are reported accurately to the relevant management committees.
Jenny joined Tribe in 2025 after working in a start-up compliance consultancy and a compliance software development company. In these roles, she helped build two successful businesses and gained broad experience across compliance, from regulatory applications and monitoring to special projects. Jenny acted as the main client contact and served as Product Manager, leveraging her compliance expertise to shape innovative software solutions for financial services firms.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys long countryside walks with her husband and dog, and spending time with her children, watching her son compete in athletics and sharing cinema and theatre trips with her daughter. Her ideal weekend includes socialising with family and friends or relaxing with a good book.
