Henry is the Head of Business Management and supports Tribe in defining and delivering on its strategic priorities. He helps with everything from building long-term forecasts to support business decisions to using technology to drive operational efficiency.
Henry is passionate about using finance to solve the world’s most pressing and complex problems. He has a Masters in Economics from the University in Edinburgh and is a regular volunteer, acting as trustee and treasurer for two charities in West London. Prior to Tribe, Henry worked for twelve years in corporate banking and seven years in impact investing.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys playing football but is a fan of pretty much any sport.
I’d be a carpenter. I particularly enjoy the meditative process and giving a new lease of life to a discarded tree root or block of wood.
Involves travelling with my family deep into nature, hiking to the peak of the highest mountain and ending the day playing a boardgame next to a warm fire.
