Alison is the Head of Human Resources at Tribe, responsible for a wide range of employee support programs, including developing employee value propositions and supporting the business’s wider growth plans.
After a degree in History and Politics, an early career with the John Lewis Partnership, and a return to education to complete her Masters in Human Resources, Alison’s HR career has been varied across multiple business sectors. Alison joined Tribe from Legal and General where she supported the stewardship, investments and property teams.
Outside of work, Alison is a keen horse rider, animal lover and something of an expert in second-hand clothes shopping. She is originally from Huddersfield and despite living in London for many years considers herself to be a true Yorkshire woman – you’ll always know where you stand with her!
I would have been ballerina and graced the stage at Covent Garden.

Alison believes that industry should lead climate action by upgrading infrastructure and harnessing the power of science and technology to create a cleaner, safer, sustainable living for all societies.
