Akinola is a Wealth Associate at Tribe, partnering with wealth managers to ensure comprehensive delivery of client services.
Before Tribe, Akinola held a variety of internship positions in fintech and education and secured a scholarship to the ‘Equity and Venture Capital Financing’ summer course from the University of Bocconi. He joined Tribe soon after graduating from the University of Sussex where he studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics, receiving first class honours.
Central to his work is the belief that capital, when purposefully deployed, can be a powerful catalyst for positive change and innovation. Outside of work, Akinola is a Chatham House member, frequently attending events, with a particular interest in sub-Saharan Africa. He also engages in social enterprises and avenues for supporting young people from diverse backgrounds.
